- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had appointment with Dr. Hozack, but was serviced by his nurse practitioner and was very disappointed in her response. In constant pain, I was told to have an MRI done with explanation of pain and discussion of MRI to follow. Three days later, while still in severe pain no response from anyone in his office. Called five times in one day and spoke to three different people. Still no response to this moment. This is not the way I expected to be treated by Rothman Institute.September 22, 2017by Charles Tisa
